Ironflow Technologies is Happy to Introduce Two New Staff Members

We are very happy to welcome two amazing new members to our team. Karine Huard and Brian Vienneau are two very skilled and qualified individuals that have recently joined our Customer Success team in August. We had a quick chat with both of them so you can get to know them a little better.

Karine Huard – Customer Success Representative

Q: Hey Karine! We’re so happy to welcome you to our team! Let’s get started, can you tell me a little bit about yourself?

K: Yes, I can certainly tell you a little bit about me. I’m a 26-year-old mom that loves working in Customer Service/IT departments. I also like to travel and meet new people.

Q: I can assure you, you’re not the only one with the travel bug around here! I’m curious, what is it about Ironflow Technologies that made you want to join our team?

K: I got the opportunity giving to me, and since I love new challenges and adventures, I did everything I could jump on board with this awesome team.

Q: Can you tell me a little bit more about your Support background? How do you think your past experience will help you shine in your new role in assisting our amazing clients?

K: About 3 years ago I was fresh out of College with a diploma under my arm and I was wondering what I could do with my life. I got the opportunity to work with a big cooperation in IT Support and soon after I got promoted to a bigger role. That’s when I realise that I’m really good and I could have a career in this field. Also, my cooperation background will certainly help me deliver excellent service to our clients here at Ironflow.

Q: Wow! That’s great! You obviously have quite the list of accomplishments, can you share something you’re most proud of?

K: I’m proud of all my accomplishment in the last 6 years. However, I am truly grateful for my healthy 6-year-old daughter, my awesome fiance. my brand new car and of course my new job that I love. I can’t ask for better!

Q: Those are all great things to be proud of! So I only have one more important question for you. We all need to know. What is your favourite movie?

K: My favourite movies are Rush Hour 1,2&3!

Good answer! Thanks, Karine!  We can’t wait to work with you!

Brian Vienneau – Customer Success Representative

Q: Hey Brian, Welcome to Ironflow Technologies! Tell us a little bit about yourself.

B: Hi! My name is Brian Vienneau. I’m originally from Bathurst but moved to Moncton in 2006 for college. I went to NBCC from 2006-2008 to get my diploma in computer networking. Since graduating, I’ve held various technical support and IT positions in Moncton and Dieppe.

Q: That’s great! What interested you in pursuing a career in Technical Support?

B: I’ve always been interested in anything computer related since I was a teenager.  Ever since I ripped apart and re-assembled my first computer in High School I’ve always wanted to know how things worked and if I can fix things on my own. This has led to a long journey of asking “Why?”, “How?”, failing at many attempts to fix things, and costing me lots of money. But in the end, I would achieve my goal and have a new skill under my belt. This is why technical support has always been an interest to me. There are lots of whys and hows to be asked.

Q: You are definitely at the right place! Just promise us that you will keep our functioning computers in one piece! On top of helping our customers with their whys and hows, what else are you excited about with your new role at Ironflow Technologies as our CSR?

B: I’m mostly excited about the freedom. Of course, there are confines to work within, but I’m not a robot here. I’m able to be myself and use skills and abilities that I’ve never been able to use before in my role. It’s a breath of fresh air, really.

Q: Awesome! There’s one important thing we need to know if you haven’t noticed yet, our team has wildly different music preferences (thank god for headphones), what kind of music do you like to listen while you work?

B: I listen to Christian worship music mostly. A little bit of Christian progressive rock as well. That’s pretty much all I have on my phone.

Q: Very nice! Do you play any musical instruments?

B: I play the drums, guitar, piano, and bass. That is, in order of skill. Although due to Repetitive Strain Injuries and the fact I live in a one bedroom apartment, I can’t really play the drums.

Wow! We might have to see if we can find a spot for that drum kit in the office. Thanks, Brian, we’re excited to have you join our team!

These are exciting times at Ironflow Technologies. As our system grows, so does our team! As you can see, we have two amazing new Customer Success Representatives who are eager to help customers and ensure their experience with our system is always a positive one.
