PurelyHR is a month-to-month or annual subscription service (depending on your plan). There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime.

PurelyHR protects your employee data with SOC 2 Type 2 accredited data centers, ISO 27001 certification, PCI DSS 3.2 compliance, and GDPR compliance. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and pseudo-anonymized at rest. Access to PurelyHR’s infrastructure requires secure connection. The platform undergoes regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing by trusted third-party vendors, and critical patches are applied on a priority basis. PurelyHR also conducts background screening for all employees and reviews access permissions. PurelyHR hosts all data on servers located in Canada, supporting PIPEDA requirements for Canadian businesses.
